These Terms of Purchase govern orders placed through the Actfitpro online store.

Actfitpro offers compact home and everyday-living products intended for ordinary household use. By submitting an order and completing checkout, you agree to these Terms of Purchase together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other terms presented during checkout.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with Actfitpro, you confirm that:

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order should be submitted as quickly as possible.

We recommend contacting customer support within 12 hours of placing the order for the best chance of making a change.

However, order modifications and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once warehouse processing has begun.

After an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply.
